Upload Your Playbook
We want to get your team ready for the coming summer and pre-season, so you can get familiarized with the service well before game one this fall. Since the core of GTAI is the data, we’ve built the engine to easily receive and upload the data you can provide us. In order to get started, we need to start integrating your plays and play data into our engine so that you can start using it.
We prefer PDF uploads, but will accept the playbook in any form. We will accept playbook diagrams from any software. This upload is crucial for integration into GametimeAI.

This data upload form utilizes industry standard data protection and is served across a protected 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate.
What Do We Need
Playbook
We need your offensive playbook so that we can begin coding your plays into our system. Specifically, we need the play diagrams of each play that you anticipate you’ll run this season.
Game Data (optional)
If you have it, any historical game data you may have from the previous two seasons. This could include any historical data you’ve associated with plays run, especially if you’ve tracked the yards gained per play.
Help Exporting Your Plays
1. (Using old UI) Go into Hudl and click "Play Tools" at the top of the screen
2. Click on all of your offensive plays and repeat steps 3-6.
3. Click on settings in the bottom right corner
4. Click "Print"The plays should open as a pdf; click download in the top right corner (next to print)
5. Download it as a PDF and drop it into our upload system
